Environmental Commitment

At Grupo Peña Verde we are aware of the importance of climate risks, which is why, since October 2020, we have adhered to the United Nations Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world. It is important to note that in order to reduce our ecological footprint, the Group continues to develop an Environmental Policy and a Waste Program.

Social Commitment

Peña Verde Day
For the seventh consecutive year, we held the Peña Verde Day event, where we invited our employees to participate in activities that contribute to the well-being of the community and the environment. This year's Peña Verde Day focused on Mexico's youth.
UNITE / ORANGE DAY
This year 2022 was no exception. Grupo Peña Verde joined the "UNITE" campaign to eradicate violence against girls and women.

Insurance

In Grupo Peña Verde we have General de Seguros, a Mexican company with more than 50 years of experience, together with General de Salud and other subsidiaries, make up the Insurance Division.
Reinsurance

Since 1953 Reaseguradora Patria has been an active participant in the industry offering integral services for risk management, as well as personalized follow-up on economic, technical and administrative issues. It is the oldest reinsurance company in Latin America.
BUSINESS SUPPORT AND
TRANSFORMATION

This division concentrates the efforts made to achieve the Group’s development through the transformation projects that are carried out in terms of technology and culture, while verifying the correct compliance with regulations, laws and risk levels.
ASSET MANAGEMENT AND
FINANCIAL STRATEGY

This division was conceived to manage the investment portfolio, Corporate Finance, Administration and Finance, and Procurement.
